Custom Printed Satin Labels

Our custom printed label service offers many options, to give you complete control over the design of your labels. Printed labels offer a quicker turn around than woven labels -5-7 days for a sample, and 5-7 days for the order from approval, with optional accelerated turnaround available upon request.

Minimum order just 100 labels!

We produce a sample of your label for your approval before the full order enters production.
We print onto soft Satin Labels, with a choice of 12 different print colours, we can print with up to 4 on a single design.
Black, Navy, Blue, Red, Dark Green, Light Green, Yellow/Orange, Burgundy, Pink, Brown,
Beige and Dark Grey. Sizing and colour options will affect the price, Please email your logo or idea through, and we will get back to you with a price.

These labels can be supplied on a roll, or cut.Sometimes we don't have a folding service available for this print type label, however when cut they are popular as centre fold labels and are supplied ready to fold into a seam to be sewn, or to fold the ends for sewing in flat.

6.Do we do Customized design?
Yes,we always do custom designs (OEM) and use standard pan-tone color. All the ribbons can be customized with your own brand logo in different process of printing and woven. It's free to make mock-up design of some product such as labels, lanyards, embroidery patches and so on if you provide us with Adobe illustrator format file.
7.What's the main material made?
Polyester, nylon, rayon, polyamide, PP, Spandex, rubber etc.
8.What's MOQ of our products?
Satin ribbon, Grosgrain Ribbon, Velvet Ribbon are only one roll about 100yds per color/ size;
Garment label is 100 pcs per order.
Elastic webbing is 2000 meters.

9.How long does it take to create a customized sample?
It usually take 5days for simple item such as label, patch, print lanyard etc and 14days for elastic webbing.

Normally 14days after sample approved.

It usually cost about $10.0 to $50.0 for a customized design ribbon or elastic., also sometimes it's free to create customized garment label and patch too.
